1User Responsibilities
By accessing or using the NakshiBari platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2Custom Ordering Terms
NakshiBari specializes in custom-tailored garments based on AI-generated or manually inputted measurements. Due to the highly personalized nature of these items, once a tailor has accepted an order and begun production, the order cannot be canceled.
If the final garment significantly deviates from the agreed-upon measurements or design specifications, you may request a revision or partial refund subject to our review process. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted tailoring are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.
3Payment Policies
All prices listed on the platform are in the designated local currency and are subject to change. For custom orders, full payment is securely held in escrow until the tailor completes the order and it is shipped to you.
We use third-party payment processors to ensure your financial data is handled securely. NakshiBari does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
4Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement between a user and a tailor regarding the quality, fit, or delivery of an order, NakshiBari acts as a mediator. Users must submit a dispute ticket within 7 days of receiving the item.
Any broader legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, to ensure a swift and fair resolution process.
